Pay attention to the requirements for candidates:

• Age: 16+
• Knowledge of gameplay and mechanics
• Be able to speak and write English fluently
• Be active in the game every day and have at least one year of experience in the game
• Has a clean ban history (karma) for at least a year or two and shows responsible behavior in accordance with the Game Rules and EULA
